Our very primitive cabin is a great place to let your worries melt away.  Yes, we are very primitive.  The cabin has two bedrooms, living room and kitchen.   There is a firepit for those long nights under the stars, not to mention the food you have roasted over the open flame.  Luxury we are not, but a terrific laid back getaway for hunting, fishing or just hanging out with your friends or family.

Cooper's Cabin is secluded and sits on 80 acre of wooded land.  It's a bit rugged you will love your stay.

We do not provide linens or bedding.

Watch the deer, wild turkeys, and other wildlife from the front porch.

Available for rent is a trolling fishing boat and a paddle boat to be used only on our private 13 acre lake located on this private property.

Nearby Big Hill Lake has been listed by Field and Stream magazine as one of the "Top 20 Bass Lakes". The lake is formed inside of 20 square miles of shoreline with 1,240 acres of surface, at normal pool.

Rental Rates Call us for current rates. A 50% deposit is required for the entire length of stay when reservations are made, with a minimum of two night stay, the remaining balance is due upon check in. No-shows or guest leaving prior to the departure will be charged for the original reservations unless the lodge is re-booked. Changes to reservations must be made seven days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations received within seven days prior to your arrival date will be subject to a penalty of the full amount of the deposit. Visa and Mastercard accepted.
