Private 13 acre lake located on this private property plus 2 other large ponds. Well-stocked with Bass, Crappie, Bluegill and Flathead fish. The lake and ponds are clean and only trolling motors are allowed on the lake. Available for rent is a trolling fishing boat and a paddle boat. All fishing is catch and release unless trophy catch. Timberhill Lodge is just a stone's throw from Big Hill Lake, which has recently been listed by Field and Stream magazine as one of the "Top 20 Bass Lakes". The lake is formed inside of 20 square miles of shoreline with 1,240 acres of surface, at normal pool. A variety of fish include largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, crappie, channel and flathead catfish and walleye. With several fishing clubs from across Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma hosting tournaments throughout the year, there is never any lack of excitement.  Two boat launch ramps on the lake, managed by the Corp of Engineers, provide access to the lake. You provide all fishing gear needed. If you get tired of the "crowds" we have available for rent a trolling fishing boat and a paddle boat to be used only on our private 13 acre lake located on this private property.
